By using My Vibe School, you agree to these terms. Be respectful, don't share your account, and use the platform for learning purposes. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
By accessing or using My Vibe School ("the Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You must meet the following requirements to use the Service:
Users under 18 should have parental consent. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
My Vibe School offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($29/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Each tier provides different features and access levels as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current price for your plan.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges. To request a refund, contact support@myvibeschool.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription.
All course content, including videos, text, images, code samples, and downloadable materials, is owned by My Vibe School or our content licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

We strive to keep all courses available indefinitely, but we reserve the right to modify, update, or remove courses at any time. Enrolled users will receive notice before course removal.
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited conduct includes:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
The AI Playground allows you to interact with AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). You may use your own API keys or our provided AI credits. Usage is subject to fair use policies and monthly limits based on your subscription tier.
If you connect your own AI provider API keys, you are responsible for all charges incurred from those providers. We encrypt your keys but cannot be held liable for unauthorized usage if your account is compromised.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the AI Playground or submit to the Platform (e.g., project submissions, forum posts). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
The Platform, including its design, features, code, branding, and all content (except user-generated content), is owned by My Vibe School and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"My Vibe School" and our logo are trademarks of My Vibe School. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that course content is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying information and using it appropriately.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY VIBE SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Vibe School, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Vibe School regarding the Service. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
