Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text.

Learning Data

We track your course enrollments, lesson progress, quiz scores, certificates earned, and competencies achieved to provide you with personalized learning experiences.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. We only store the last 4 digits and expiration date for display purposes.

AI Provider Keys

If you connect your own AI provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), they are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database.

Usage Data

We collect analytics on how you use the platform (pages visited, features used, time spent) to improve our service. This data is aggregated and anonymized.

• Service Providers: We use third-party services like Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email) to operate our platform. These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request.
• Business Transfers: If My Vibe School is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new entity.

We take security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt
• API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM
• Database access is restricted with Row Level Security policies
• We perform regular security audits and updates

However, no system is 100% secure. If we experience a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.

• Export: Download your learning data in a portable format
